1) to be made with a plain complementary back or double-sided

2) to be made knife edge or piped

Every cushion cover is lovingly handcrafted right here in Yorkshire, where quality is at the heart of what we do. To make sure they stand the test of time, we fully over-lock each cover to prevent fraying, and every piece is carefully inspected before it’s packaged with care. We suggest giving it a gentle press before popping in the inner, and for an easier fill, just fold the inner in half!

Pattern Positioning:

We always strive to create beautifully centered patterns, but keep in mind that the placement might vary slightly from what you see in our listings due to the fabric's nature. If you have specific preferences, just drop us a note or reach out—we're more than happy to help.

Customisation & Additional Products:

Since each item is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives faulty or damaged. To help you choose the perfect fabric, we offer samples so you can see the colours in person before making a decision. Shipping Details:

For our UK customers, we send orders via Royal Mail, with larger items shipped through DHL Express Delivery.

International Orders:

For our international friends, we use tracked Royal Mail services. Once your parcel lands in your country, it will be handled by your local postal service. For orders over £200, we ship via an insured courier service through DHL Express. If you have any special courier requests or need faster shipping, just let us know!

VAT & Customs Duties:

For our buyers outside the UK, please be aware that any duties, taxes, or customs fees are your responsibility, according to your local regulations. Some fees might show up at checkout, but customs duties are usually charged upon delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t refund refused deliveries or unauthorized returns. Cushion Inners:

We also offer inners for an extra cost, with options for fibre or feather fillings. For a plumper look, we suggest using inners that are 2" larger than your cover, as shown in our listing images. Of course, this is all about what you prefer! Please note that due to high postage costs, we can only ship inners within the UK. Any orders for inners placed outside the UK will be refunded unless we make other arrangements.

Everything is made to order, so If you would like cushions made in a custom size or any other soft furnishings in this fabric, I am able to do so, please contact me with your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote and timescale.

All international orders are sent via international tracked and signed for services, and any other covers purchased from the store will be sent in the same package at no additional cost.
