All of our products are made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow a lead time of 2–3 weeks for your items to be created and dispatched. If you require your order sooner, please get in touch – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

For delivery, we use Royal Mail for smaller UK orders and for international orders outside of the UK. For larger parcels being sent within the UK and to the US, we use DHL to ensure a reliable and timely service.

As each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns. This policy allows us to ensure that every item is crafted to meet your unique requirements.
