All of our products are made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow a lead time of 2–3 weeks for your items to be created and dispatched. If you require your order sooner, please get in touch – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes! We send all over the world, we use Royal Mail for smaller UK orders and for international orders outside of the UK. For larger parcels being sent within the UK and to the US, we use DHL to ensure a reliable and timely service.

Unfortunately, all of our products are made-to-order and are non-returnable unless they are faulty, as they are made just for you. Please double-check measurements before ordering — we’re happy to help if you’re unsure.

Oh no! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll sort it straight away — either with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
