Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, everything is handmade to order, allowing us to be highly flexible in meeting your specific needs. In addition to curtains, I create tie-backs, Roman blinds, seat cushions, lampshades, doorstops, draught excluders, bolster cushions, bed runners, valances, and more. I’ve also crafted many unique, one-off pieces for customers. Please reach out with any questions or requirements, and I’ll reply as soon as possible with a quote and timescale.

Cancelling or Amending an Order

If your order has already been dispatched or processed, it’s unfortunately too late to cancel. However, please get in touch promptly, as we may still be able to amend your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

The fabric I want isn’t listed here – can you still source it?

We can usually source fabrics from the brands we list. If you’re after a specific fabric, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Will I need to pay tax or customs fees on my order?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country, typically due at the time of delivery. These charges vary by country, so please be prepared to pay them upon arrival if applicable.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

If your parcel doesn’t reach you, we’ll work with the shipping carriers to resolve this as quickly as possible. Should it not arrive within 20 working days, we will remake and resend your order.

If it’s marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up, give it a bit of time, as carriers occasionally scan parcels before they’re handed over. Delivery drivers may also leave parcels in safe spots if you’re out, so check around your home.
